Navigator Android 9.1 defect

Buna ziua, am achiziționat acum 4 luni un vw Touran care a venit la pachet cu un navigator Android, toate bune si frumoase pana acum 2 zile cand deodată nu a mai vrut sa mai pornească in nici un fel, cand dau cheie la masina se aprinde si ramane scris Android si asa ramane  asa cum se vede in poza atașată,  am vorbit cu cineva si a spus ceva ca trebuie băgat nu stiu ce fisiere pe un stick si trebuie facut update 🤔 , problema e ca nu stiu cum se cheamă navigatorul, va rog din tot sufletul sa ma ajutati e urat tare sa mergi fara muzica in masina 😔 , va las mai jos link-u Navigatorul Android 9.1
