Roata stânga spate blocată

Salut, am cumpărat un Ford Probe din 1996, proprietarul anterior nu a mai pornit de ceva timp si roata din spate stânga este blocată 

Țin sa menționez ca mereu când încerc sa plec de pe loc, mi se aprinde și rămâne aprins în bord un martor "ABS"  

Este posibil ca frana sa mi fie blocată sau sa fie ceva de la rulmenți? 

Dacă știți, îmi puteți explica ce trebuie sa fac mai exact pentru a repara?
